Fitting Guide
- Each person may try on up to two sets.
- Once you have tried on a uniform, the basic all-day rental fee applies even if you cancel the rental.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reserved customers have priority. Same-day reservations may not be available depending on store conditions, so please book by the previous day whenever possible.

New bookings, changes and cancellations can be made by phone, email, Facebook or Instagram message.
Reservation Notes
- Please give an exact arrival time in 30-minute intervals. We cannot accept a time range.
- If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your reservation will be cancelled. You may still rent after joining the walk-in queue.
- For groups of two or more, fitting starts after everyone has arrived.

Before Your Experience
- For indoor use only. These uniforms cannot be taken outside.
- Special uniforms are mainly in smaller sizes (XS–M). The men's 4XL and women's 3XL size range applies to regular uniforms separately.
- These uniforms were purchased from graduates, so their condition may vary.
- Depending on size, bottoms or other pieces may be replaced with regular uniform items. The experience price stays the same.
- Availability varies with washing and repairs. Contact us on the day to check available quantities.

Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but reserved customers have priority and there may be a wait. Send your name, date, preferred time in 30-minute intervals and group size by phone, email or social media. We confirm after checking availability.
What should I bring?
Each group must leave one passport as a security item. The rental fee is paid at the store.
What sizes are available?
Regular uniforms are available up to men's 4XL and women's 3XL. Available designs and sizes may vary on the day. Specific designs cannot be reserved in advance.
Are there additional fees?
Jackets and bags cost KRW 5,000 each; cardigans cost KRW 2,000. After 2 nights, each additional night costs KRW 5,000. Once you have tried on a uniform, the basic all-day rental fee applies even if you cancel the rental.
Can I reserve a specific uniform design?
Washing and repairs affect daily availability, so specific designs cannot be reserved. Please choose from the designs and sizes available at the store on your visit.
Can I rent individual items?
Uniforms are rented as a set of a top, bottom, vest and tie. Individual items can be rented at the same price as a full set. Jackets and bags are available as extras only to uniform rental customers.
Can anyone use the indoor photo zones?
The store's photo zones are for Ehwa rental customers. Access may be restricted if you visit in your own uniform or one rented elsewhere.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Send your reservation name and booking date and time by phone, email, Instagram or Facebook. We will check whether the change is possible and let you know.
