Q. What are your opening hours?
We are open 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM. New rentals are accepted until 9:00 PM.
We are open every day, including public holidays, with no regular closing day. If we ever need to close for in-store maintenance or similar reasons, we announce it at least one week in advance on our website and social media.

Q. What do I need to bring to rent a uniform?
Just two things:
· Photo ID — at least one person in your group must bring a passport, ID card, or student ID to rent.
· Rental fee — paid on-site together with the deposit.

🛍️ For your convenience, we also sell a range of items in-store — women’s inner tops, under-shorts, stockings, over-knee socks, men’s short-sleeve tees, selfie sticks, tripods and more.
Q. Do you have a wide range of sizes?
Yes — we keep a broad range of sizes in stock.

Q. Can I reserve a specific uniform in advance?
Because items are regularly being cleaned and repaired, we’re unable to reserve a specific design ahead of time. When you visit, simply choose your favorite from the wide selection available in-store that day.
Q. Can I rent just a tie or jacket on its own?
Uniforms are rented as a complete set only, and the jacket is available exclusively to uniform-rental customers as an add-on. Individual items cannot be rented separately.
Q. Can friends who aren’t renting come into the store with me?
If your group includes people wearing uniforms from another shop or their own personal uniforms, entry is unfortunately restricted, as it can cause confusion inside the store. Our in-store photo zones and facilities are reserved for Ehwa rental customers only.
